Exposed Kings
Exposed Kings is an original story, that I started developing in spring 2023 while concurrently creating the "Checkmate" Illustration. The story follows young teen Theodore as he navigates the grief of losing his mother, while struggling to connect with his distant and also mourning father, Anthony. After sent to boarding school for the school year, Theodore meets dragon Amadeus, an avid chess player, who helps Theo work through his loss.

The Getaway Car
The Getaway Car is a story created for a narrative illustration class I took in spring 2024. It follows Rhodney as he is unwillingly forced to run his grandfather's ice-cream business over the summer, while his grandfather is recovering in a hospital. The neighborhood kids are displeased with this arrangement, as Rhodney raises the prices of the ice-cream and popsicles. Lead by Finn (who plays way too many racing videogames), the kids cook up a scheme to "borrow" the truck, which they plan to drive to the hospital to visit (and complain to) Rhodney's grandfather.

OneStop PetShop
OneStop PetShop is a pet adoption story created for a narrative illustration class I took in spring 2024.

She Kills Monsters
In Fall 2024, the Fullerton College Theater Department performed She Kills Monsters by Qui Nguyen, which features a five-headed Tiamat Dragon. Directed by 3D modeling professor Frank Guthrie, I and two other students, Jackie Miller and Haley Reust, were tasked to design, 3D model, and texture the Tiamat, which would be animated and projected in the background of the play.
As the concept designer and color modeler of the project, I sketched and colored the dragon, while incorporating feedback from the Theater Department and my team. Please see my resume for more information.
